"The Risk and Asset Information system is delivering significant benefit to our business, enabling the sharing of data across multiple locations.  datb's ability to respond to changing business needs means that the information is both readily available and keeping pace with the needs of the user community."

"The Fleet Asset Information Register (FLAIR) is an outstanding tool for knowledge management providing on-line access to a broad range of data across the fleet. This is markedly superior to comparable systems seen by the team elsewhere.  FLAIR uses data maintained by the data owners so they are always up to date.  FLAIR also uses data extracted from [their maintenance management system].  FLAIR provides links to company risk log and investment management system.  It also captures walk down observations and system action plans."

datb have been working with Thames Water since 2006.  We have delivered an asset investment management system that supports their regulatory submission every five years to OFWAT, and a drinking water safety planning system to support their submissions to the Drinking Water Inspectorate.

"The UK’s water companies need to submit periodic returns to the Drinking Water Inspectorate to demonstrate that they are managing all aspects of the safety of water supplies.  A system was developed for Thames Water by datb that allows us to record, analyse and manage the large amounts of data, and the complex workflows, that are required for this process.  As the DWI's reporting requirements evolved, datb updated the system quickly, effectively and without disruption, allowing us to continue to meet our obligations."

Mike Worsfold, Strategic Invesment Analyst, Thames Water

"We're different because we don't just produce events for C-level directors learn from, we actively create targeted networking and peer-to-peer engagement, ensuring the right people meet the right people.

Over the next two years we will be running 60+ events, compared to 40 over the past two years.  The event management system that datb produced for us makes the administration process quicker, easier, more user friendly and adds a whole new level of functionality which has added huge benefits to all attendees at our events. The software is a cornerstone of our business, without which we would find it hard to achieve this growth.

It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience working with datb. They went beyond the brief, focusing on the business outcomes at all times. They overcame unforeseen challenges with a positive and collaborative attitude, solving them all in their stride. I really feel datb are partners and look forward to a long term partnership."
