ALIGN is a Joint Venture (JV) between 

ALIGN Joint Venture select AIMS

AIMS is the Asset Information Management System by datb.

ALIGN will be operating their own instance of the application so that they can share information with HS2 during the course of the project.

As well as enabling the sharing of asset information with HS2, the AIMS application will be integrated with some of their existing systems.
