Table and Field Behaviour

kinodb enables you to define how tables and fields in your database will behave in terms of:

  • Which fields can be edited by the user, and when (for instance in new or previously saved records)
  • How lists of records are viewed (which fields are shown, and whether each table is viewed as a list or as a hierarchy)

The image below shows an example of a list view:

The columns, orders etc. displayed in views are entirely configurable by the designer.
