Case Study: Asset Investment Management System - Work item form (simulated data) - Screenshot

This screenshot shows a work item form.  This is used to input and maintain different proposed pieces of work, projects or definitions of need.  Each work item goes through a review process where it is signed off my a number of different people.  Once signed off, a new revision of the work can be created to incorporate required changes which are then tracked and audited.
