Programme Manager is fully integrated with Investment Manager and assists in the delivery and monitoring of the asset investment programme.
Programme Manager closes the loop between investment planning and operational delivery by providing feedback of real investment outcomes to the initial Solutions developed in Investment Manager. This feedback informs the investment process and enables successive improvement of asset investment strategies.
A well-defined interface to the corporate financial management / resource planning application (such as SAP) allows up-to-date project estimates and actuals (financial and output) to be recorded against items in the selected portfolio, enabling assessment of progress against plan and the demonstration of delivery against regulatory and other undertakings.
Tight control of the delivery process is achieved through immediate visibility of areas that are failing to deliver. Configurable workflows allow the escalation of out-of-tolerance projects that may require intervention or re-programming.
The application can be configured to cater for the wide variety of delivery methods employed by various industries. As it is entirely web-based, its use can where appropriate easily be extended to partner organisations with appropriate levels of data visibility.
